About A18  firmware upgrade

It can also be upgraded via U disk

1、The product can be turned on normally. Please use this method to open the settings.

Step:

18. You can click the icon below to download the firmware of A18. The name of the firmware is “YG_5H057_533.bin”. Do not change the name of the file, otherwise the projector will not recognize it.
19. Copy the firmware to the root directory of the U disk. Note: Do not put it in other folders. 
20. Insert the U disk into the second USB port of the projector
21. Open “setting” – “system update” – “local update” successively,  and then upgrade according to the prompt. Wait for the projector to restart automatically and use it after the upgrade is completed.

Note: the upgrade process must not be interrupted.

2、If the product cannot be turned on normally, please use this method to open the settings

Step:

1. Prepare a USB drive smaller than 32GB.

b.You can click the icon below to download the firmware of A18 . Do not change the name of the file, otherwise the projector will not recognize it.

c.After downloading the firmware, copy it to the root directory of the USB drive. Be careful not to put the firmware in the folder.

1. Insert the USB drive into the projector’s USB port.

e.Then connect the power cord of the projector.

1. Press and hold the power on key until the upgrade progress bar pops up on the screen, and wait for the automatic upgrade.

Note: the upgrade process must not be interrupted.

Turn off Dolby in the setting sound of Fire TV stick 4K.

Step：”setting”—-“display&Sound”—“Audio”—“Dolby digital output”—“Dolby digital plus OFF”, Turn off Dolby，Do it a few times，Confirm whether Dolby is successfully turned off.

      Tips: Some sources can work normally without turning off Dolby and setting them to automatic mode. If there is still no sound in automatic mode, you must turn off Dolby.
